One large hospital system developed and piloted a wayfinding mobile app that assisted patients from their point of entry (parking lot, bus stop, valet) to their appointment.

This project was undertaken to test the viability of Firefly, an equipment location system, in the Emergency Department of a large hospital system. We conducted baseline and post-implementation ethnographic assessments.
